How to Start Speaking of English language??

Language is the media of two or more person. One is sender and another one is receiver. What one is saying, another should understand. That is called language. English is our International Language. Each corner of world depends on English. Without English we can’t express our necessity, feelings as well as our daily problem in International level. So we all should consider about English-Speaking of English is very easy. But we just follow some techniques to speak. Here I brought the super quality techniques for you….

Suppose you landed on England at morning. You don’t know anyone there. You have introduced someone, so don’t introduce directly. It is difficult there .So you should meet someone and say ,”Good Morning”. If you need bed tea, your servant will say, “Good Morning Sir” and you should reply “Very Good Morning”. If you are in morning walk and some children say “Good Morning Sir”. You don’t forget to say “Hello Baby Good Morning”. We can say “Good Morning” about 11 A.M.

After 11 a.m we will say “Good Afternoon”.Sister will say to her brother “Hello Good Afternoon Brother”. Brother will reply “Hello Sister Good Afternoon”. You may say to unknown lady “Good Afternoon Madam”. She will reply “Very Good Afternoon, thank you”.

At England evening starts at 4 p.m and they count evening till 9 p.m. But in India 9 p.m is counted as night. So at least “Good Evening” is one hour difference between India and England. It means till 8 p.m we can say “Good Evening” in India. After finished your duty while return to your home, your children say “Good Evening Daddy” and you reply “Very Good Evening my son”. You may say to your affectionate daughter “Good Evening my doll”, and to your wife “Good Evening my darling”, “Good Evening honey”, “Good Evening my sweet heart”.

If you meet someone at night, you are bound to say “Good Evening”, don’t say “Good Night”. “Good Night” will prefer when you miss or leave someone at night. Another thing is while you miss or leave someone you don’t forget to say “Good Bye” or “Bye Bye”. But difference is that “Good Bye” is used near seniors and “Bye Bye” is used near friends and colleagues.

USE OF CERTAIN WORDS OR EXPRESSIONS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE BEING THE SYMBOL OF GOOD MANNERS

The use of the following words and expressions gives and indication of civility of a person. Their use is very essential in our daily life being the normal expression of courtesy. We should be courteous in conversation with others. One should always bear in mind that courtesy costs nothing but pays in the long run. It brings honor, respect and also makes a person popular in the society. It must, therefore, the observed in every walk of life.

1. Use of “Oblige”:-

If some service is done to you or you do some service to some one, the normal expression of courtesy is either you or some other person expresses his thanks by saying “I am obliged to you” or the following examples are helpful..

Mr. Deepak: Mr Pradhan, I will do this work for you.

Mr. Pradhan: I shall feel obliged.

2. Use of “Regret”:-

This is an indication that something you can not do and also that some action can not be taken and refusal for that can be expressed courteously in the following way…

Deepak: Anu, will you bring some breakfast?

Anu: Regret, not possible now.

3. Use of “As you like it” and “As you please it”:-

This form expresses the will of a person and it expresses good gesture in all walks of life. The following examples will make the position clear…

Deepak: Sampad, shall I join Utkal University?

Sampad: As you like it or As you please it.

4. Use of “Sir or Madam”:-

The above words are commonly used when we address any person superior to us, whether a teacher, elderly person, or an officer. It is a form of salutation and the best form of courtesy in English Language, like-“May I come in Sir or May I do that Madam?”

5. Use of “Happily”:-

The “happily” is also another form of courtesy where a person allows other to do a particular thing in the best manner without any objection; for instance you can do that happily.

GRAMMAR FOR BEGINNERS

Part of Speech:-

There are 8 types of part of speech. Now I describing it follow.

1. Noun:-

It is a word used in the name of person, place and things. For example-

Deepak is a poor guy among us.

Bhubaneswar is capital of Orissa.

Rose is symbol of love and affection.

Here Deepak, Bhubaneswar and Rose are noun.

2. Pronoun:-

A pronoun is a word which is used in a place of a noun .For example-

He is a poor guy among us.

That is capital of Orissa.

It is symbol of love and affection.

Here we have taken he, that and it exchanging Deepak, Bhubaneswar and Rose respectively. So he, that and it are pronoun. More pronouns are-I, we, you, they, my, our, your, their, it, its, he, him, she, her, they, those, whom, which, what, myself, and himself etc…

3. Adjective:-

Adjective is a word which qualifies or modifies the subject or noun.

Deepak is a poor boy.

Sonali is very beautiful and pretty girl.

Here Deepak and Sonali are subject and noun, but poor, beautiful and pretty qualifies Deepak and Sonali respectively. So poor, beautiful and pretty are adjective.

4. Verb:-

Verb is a word used that explains the state of the action and shows that something is being done.

Sonali loves me.

I am reading newspaper.

Deepak is sleeping now.

Here loves, reading and sleeping are verbs. I want to compose another thing that verbs are three types.

(A)Transitive Verb-

A verb which shows an action which passes from object to an object. Simply example-

I am reading newspaper. If you ask me what are you doing? Automatically answer comes newspaper. So reading is a transitive verb. Here is more transitive verbs-eat, play, see, taste, write, read etc...

(B)Intransitive Verb-

A verb which has no object is called Intransitive verb. Simply if you ask to subject (what?) and no answer will come, that is called Intransitive verb. For example-

Deepak is sleeping now. If you ask what is Deepak sleeping? No answer will come. So

Sleeping is a Intransitive verb. More Intransitive verbs are-swim, walk, love, cry etc…

(C)Incomplete Verb-

A verb which doesn’t give full sense is called incomplete verb. For example-

I am…………

She loves……

You should………

5. Adverb:-

Adverb is a word which adds meaning to the verb and it is used to qualify any part of

speech except a noun or a pronoun.

Elephant walks slowly.

Kuni reads clearly.

Here slowly and clearly are adverbs.

6. Preposition:-

A preposition is a word placed before a noun or a pronoun to establish the relationship

with the person or thing denoted by it stands in regard to something else.

The book is on the table.

My dress is inside the door.

Here on and inside are prepositions. In, on, with, of, for, into, from, after, at etc are

prepositions.

7. Conjunction:-

A conjunction is a word which joins sentences and words. Deepak and Sonali love each

other.

Here ‘and’ is a conjunction, which adds two sentences. Both, also, too, not only but also,

however etc are conjunctions.

8. Interjection:-

An interjection is a word which explains surprises, sorrow, wonder, victory, etc as well as

some sudden feelings or emotion .For example-

Vow for wonder

Hurrah for victory

Ouch for pain

Ohh for surprise and pain

Alas for sorrow and sadness

Ah for wonder

Bravo for victory

These are the proper channel to speak of English without any obstacle.
